A nicely presented hotel in a handy setting with a huge variety of little extras. Service-minded staff members at the reception desk. Location so close to the beautiful garden, and Quay Street in. Again, walking distance to Quay Street.

Had a nice stay, the hotel is lovely welcoming.

The location was incredible and the staff was amazing friendly during the whole stay! The standard king room I got was complete with additional toiletries, a great view, for example.

Marvellous and super location, within short walking distance of everywhere. Found in the modern area adjacent to all shop as well as the garden, where people are drinking and laughing until midnight. Lots of really tasty and gorgeous breakfast options.

The restaurant food is savoury, and the breakfast offered is good value for money and generous with toast and sausage rolls, for instance. The hotel is in a comfortable and best possible location so close to evrything.

Perfectly pleasant stay, beautiful place. Warm room with fruit and orange juice, for example as expected. Ideal and handy location, in beer garden running around the place. And near Spanish Arch, the restaurant, restaurants areas and shopping areas.

The value for money was great, and the room was comfortable with nice furnishings. The location couldn't be better, right in the center of all the action, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.
